HOW IT WORKS Â
So you're making a stand this year that a photo booth is essential for your upcoming event. Only you're unsure how to rent one because you never have, or this is an excuse just to get to know us better? Awesome!

Down below we have outlined our Event Timeline from Steps 1 to 6 to show you what to expect from our first point of contact. Our timeline guide is subject to events ideally booked 30 days before the date planned. We hope this sheds some more light towards your photo booth knowledge so you can be one step closer to making us your first choice. Then you can relax and revel in the fact of being a party planning hero!

EVENT TIMELINE
STEP 1
CONTACT
Click our 'BOOK NOW' link and fill out the subsequent booking page regarding you and your event. If your date is available, you will be sent a Proposal Package consisting of an E-Signature contract to review and sign, as well as an invoice for your initial deposit of 50% to confirm your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, E-transfer, PayPal and cheque.
STEP 2
DESIGN
Up to one week after receiving a completed Proposal Package back, we will reach out to you via phone or email. At that time we would discuss any design ideas for your custom photo templates such as specific colors, special messages, logos you'd like to incorporate, and more importantly things you don't like.
STEP 3
BALANCE DUE
The final payment of the remaining balance on your invoice will be due 14 days prior to the date of your event.
FINAL CONFIRMATIONS
Moving forward, 7 days prior to your event we'll be sure to follow-up with you to make final confirmations regarding event details and venue logistics.
STEP 5
PARTY TIME
It's finally arrived! This is your day and we'd like you to just sit back and relax. Let us do our magic while we meet up with your Point of Contact, where we'll go on to setup and provide the photo booth experience you're suppose to have.
BASK IN DELIGHT
After the event your online gallery will go live on our website within 48 hours. Cheers! You are now an official Event Hero (does happy dance).

What do our photos look like? Down below we have an optimized selection of print layouts that have the complete balance of design imagery to picture images. Whether you want one to four images per photo, paired with a specific color palette, logo, or special message, we have you covered.

Signature photo booth rentals ( 3 ) hours and more have a choice of ( 2 ) photo layouts per event. Let us know which two are your favourite and we'll start the design process after the date of your event is confirmed!
